    I dont have any whale experience, but no way in hell would I stay put after seeing that beast surface. One flap of a fin to the face and see ya. (That girl can have a look at my whale bone anytime!)

    in PR i saw a whale breach a few times while i was surfing marias. it definitely wasn't anywhere near as close as this one, but seeing something that big in the water with you is definitely pretty humbling

    I think Capt. JAQ is right. Definitely some serious pucker factor. It is hard to tell how close they are, distance can become very compressed on film... cool vid!
