Love my Fiberglass Short board – change is not an option – but after a long session my inner, lower ribcage hurts from grinding on the surface. i know that this is caused from arching my back and that paddling flat is the answer, but when the sets are a-rollin, i’m only focused on speed and not technique. All’s good in the water. Then later and dry Ouch! Has anybody else had this problem? If so what to do? -Thanx
