I need a local shaper in VA beach

ALright, i have a 6'0 Wrv fish shaped by Wrv's Redman. This was my first surfboard i ever scrounged together money for and bought new about 10 years ago(when i was 10 years old), and i absolutely love it. No matter what boards i surf in between, i can always come back to this shape in between and have a blast/learn something completely new. I feel like this board from a legendary shaper has grown up with me. It it the perfect Virginia Beach board. THat is why it is so important for me to find a close substitute. Pics if necessary, but damage after Katia has left me thinking i should just hang it up an enjoy it after its long run. I would love to be able to have this board duplicated completely, maybe two inches shorter if possible to keep the character of the board at the same time. send me a message if you think we can work something out.

Go see Austin on 19th St, best glassing in the area.

Austin is definitely the best in VA beach. He holds his own with anybody in my opinion. Hey Hodad - you sell that Austin you had at the Bayhead swap meet. That was a sweet board.

I can also recommend Austin without hesitation. He will shape to your specification or make any minor adjustments you ask him to make or that you ask him to suggest.

Austin is an amazing shaper/artist and great guy... The other day my motorcycle broke down (without a phone on me) and Austin rode by on his bike, stopped, asked if I was okay, and ended up driving to his house and came back with his truck to take me and my bike home.

Again, Great guy. My next board will be shaped by him no doubt. Very grateful

Thanks again Austin if you read this.

I have one of Friersons' boards. Still rocks after 8 yrs of heavy use. Austin is also excellent. Cant go wrong!
