if you want to get any kind of useful information from this thread, you're going to have to provide more than just your height & weight. how long have you been surfing? where do you surf? what kind of surfing do you want to do/where do you want to take your surfing? how old are you?
these are all relevant questions that will play into any (well thought-out) answer.

sounds like you may want to start out with a longboard.... like a 9 footer....

you should ride a board that is 5'6"x 18" x 2" for good surf
small waves: 5'3 x 18.06 x 2.06
or 5'2 x 18.32 x 2.06 stubbier style board
