if you are repairing seam splits, id recommend neoprene cement or "Amazing Goop". For liquid taping, try using "Plasti-Dip". Get the kind in the tall jar, not the spray. Just dunk a brush in there and paint it on. Make sure you mix it up well first, and consider doing more than one coat. It comes in all colors including clear, but black will look best on most suits.
