    hahahahha! Im not a troll! I updated that thing like 5 years ago I just started so I just rote random places.. Ive only been to Ecuador. Im serious about my turns tho.. they suck haha

    Yeah that actually sounds like the best idea I've heard but i can barley drop in so ill work on that

    Do:

    Dead-lifts
    Squats
    Bench/push ups
    Pull-ups

    All are basic movements that work. Everything else is fluff.
