ugh, please no
I'm not trying to say you guys should turn into one issue voters or anything, but the major political parties' track records on environmental issues is pretty horrible -- Republicans are worse than Democrats, but not by much -- AKA if you love the ocean, don't vote for any of these fools.
I realize, however, that many of us have to turn our backs on some of our ideals when we step into the voters' booth, so that means we have a lot of work to do after the election is over to hold officials accountable for the damage they're doing to the natural world.
Do not be fooled into thinking your vote matters at all. The pockets of the major corporations write legislation not presidents or voters. Obama is an outspoken environmentalist (or at least he was when he was running 4 years ago) yet his administration has done more to hurt the environment than the Bush administration. The only change any of us can affect is on a local level.
Eric Cartman!!!!
Stay Above the Weather for President!
I would like to nominate Wallysurfr
I accept the nomination and feel like I would do a better job than any of the other candidates at representing the average US citizen. Thank you.
If you want obama to lose then vote Romney. (my mind is telling me Romney)
If you want the country to get back on track vote Paul. (my heart is with Paul)
Although not a huge fan, I think Romney is the only chance to dethrone Obama. Romney's a moderate...appeals to both sides, especially independents.
The more I look closely at their respective records in office (setting aside campaign rhetoric, which is 100 percent B.S.) the less I can detect any difference whatsoever between Obama and Romney.
