How much did you get that Carver for? I've been wanting to pick up one of them since last winter.
Last year, a much colder winter than this one, I had about 1 session in the whole of December, 2 in January, probably 4-5 in Feb, then a bunch in March. About only 1/4 of those were meaningful sessions, the rest were just me paddling out in dribble just trying to get wet.
On LI there has been some REALLY solid days....one day was OH++!!!
at least all of you will be able to surf when there are waves. im out of commission from surfing for a minimum of 4 months from surfing.
been at least one good day a week here all winter. last week had three.
thank god for Dec. 28th...cuz i was beginning to go crazy. It's calmed me for a bit....but I feel it wearing off. Especially looking at the forecast.
My advice: Quit surfing and find another hobby.
I work to surf, recently iv'e been working to work haha.
