So in essence what you are saying is if someone does enjoy football as a spectator sport they are a coach potato and you say this in the same breath as you call someone out for categorizing all non-football fans as geeks/****s? This thread and the presidential poll really highlight the ironic mindset of so many surfers. Being a dedicated surfer does not require a hatred of mainstream sports like football or golf, most of us know Slater has lower handicap than number of world titles & being a surfer doesn't require blind allegiance to the democratic party either- not much free thinking, again, by the self proclaimed free thinkers

Ahh Giants fans.....Little, suburban, surfer-boys trying to speak "ghetto." If the NFL only played three quarters instead of four, the Eagles would have finished 13-3 and the Giants would be done for the season doing creepy things with underage girls in hotel rooms. That extra quarter is completely unecessary. Three quarters is long enough.
To the Eagle haters, sorry that you got jumped, robbed and ridiculed by the grimy, hard-nosed, crazy Eagles fans. Being humbled and humiliated is a hard pill to swallow.
Hey I got a thread taken off here yesterday detailing the wonders of snow-shoveling, the fear of showering ungaurded, and my creepy elderly neighbors - all completely surf related and I get a warning of "Jibber - Jabber" And this thread, praising the second most horrible sports team in the history of man, gets permission to foul the internet. I swear life is so unfair.
And yes, surfing is better than getting all crazed about some dudes playing with a ball. I'm more into the city/area rivals than anything else. Philly/South Jersey is so much better than New York/North Jersey.
