I had a 6'3 with a 7.0" Rainbow fins RCF cut-away, I have tried other fins, but really like the cut-away as far as performance.

I rode this board exclusively for about 2 years with this setup in almost every condition that the east coast has... loved it

Thanks guys! Gonna try the greenough 7" and the Lopez 7.75 to start and see where that takes me. Worst case I got some fins to experiment with on the Stewart. Now if I we could only get some surf before the crowds come back and I have to put her on the wall, away from danger!
