I wonder if thats what typical NJ waves look like to Hawaiians
i always get a kick out of guys posting videos from west texas or the great lakes. KILLER KNEE HIGH MUSH BURGER MAN!
Haha Swell got that!!!! lol it was a mushy day for sure, but this wave does go 300 to 500 . you can see piers off to the right and you can ride all the way there, not just str8 in. It does get bigger. also this day water was 37 degrees so i imagine ur muscles are a lil tight
anyhow if ya missed my other clip from october here it is
A bigger day for sure. Just remember these boys got 5/6 or 5/4s on like surfing in a condom.
Definitely hit Sheboygan for a fresh water wave, unlike any surf scene you've ever been around. Lots of ankle biter stoke and never a "oh if i saw that id turn around"
is that english?
Nope not any better. The only thing worse than the surfing in that video was the music. Not hating just saying. I'd be pissed if that was the best waves I got to ride.A bigger day for sure. Just remember these boys got 5/6 or 5/4s on like surfing in a condom.

Unsalted. The waves at the end of the clip look good.
Does surfline still have the surf guide to the great lakes linked to on their web page? I remember the text reading that great lakes surfers wouldn't help surfline in researching breaks for publish on the site (not that I agree with surfline publishing spots) so instead of posting real names, the breaks were named, "Just like Pipe", "Just Like Sunset", etc. I think this would be "Just like the Superbank Without the Tubes."
i dunno about surfline but magicseaweed keeps up to date (daily) reports for the lakes. I cant imagine surfers on the lakes trying to hide spots but then again, theres alot i dont understand about the stereotypical surfer'
allthough your not 360-ing on these waves they are killer for some walking around on a big log.......
my opine go's to lake superior, some barrels up there, those are the best lake waves in north america
