    how's the surf in obx in May?

    Going camping in May and I was just seeing if I should expect any decent surf.

    I was in OBX for a week last May, and surfed every day of the week. There were 2 or 3 very small days, and 2 or 3 very good days. Be prepared for varying water temps. Bring a 3/2, boots, and maybe a spring suit depending on the day.
