START EXERCISING, EAT HEALTHY, HIGH FIBER DIET, LOTS OF WATER 4 HOURS BEFORE TEST ALONG WITH VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND SOME CREATINE IF ITS A LAB TEST. GOOD LUCK (or purchase a whizzinator)
