Just started the program last night. Very intense and all I did was the Fit Test. Surfed a DP session for over 2 hours, and need to do the next workout tonight but I cant move... will it make the program much less effective if I skip the days I surf?

I don't think you really count the fit test as a workout. Just start the first workout on another day. Also skip a day when we get surf like today. No sense overdoing it especially in the first week.
