if surfline calls for a good summer, were f'd. thats what happened last year! i surfed like 3 times last summer
last summer was complete ****.. lets hope that doesn't happen again
Just get in all the waves you can now, because by July, it almost always sucks on the East Coast...
June can actually be quite good some years, and August is a toss up depending on when the Cape Verde season really kicks into gear. Some years August is the worst month.
yep... optimisim is a necessity living on the east coast .... summer will test your resolve... saving for a plane ticket myself

those summertime " Bermuda high " swells can get pretty fun if the local winds are decent.
Yeah I agree with ejensen, I can remember quite a few really fun longboard days right before sundown. That's the best time to score it besides dawn patrol--all the, ahem, visitors are doing other things.
