    Whats the big deal about Costa Rica?

    Check out this forcast. It's not large but definately overhead and good every day. Certain spots will easily be double overhead most of the days.

    I don't think I've surfed anywhere with so nice a forecast. SoCal never looks like that.

    Even better. Has offshores 95% of the time. Never got junky when I was there last summer. I stayed in Playa Grande for 2 weeks a couple of years ago, every afternoon it crapped out.
