    LT Surfboards ????

I was online and I saw lt surfboards online and was about to pick up a mini mail and maybe another fish. How is the quality of the boards? They come from LA. Are cut outs or hand shaped? Has anyone ridden one? How do they perform?

that looks like a pop out any board brand new 295 is pretty much made in china. and considering they are only sold on ebay i will definitely say it is a pop out. all boards float, all boards ride, but seriously i really think you need to figure out what you want slow down and dont be so impulsive, as i can recal you now went from shaping, to beater, to stewart, to shaping, to a gun, now to LT. all different shapes and designs. So lets settle this, What do you want to do with your surfing, how do you want your next board to progress your surfing, what do you want this board to accomplish, what are your dimensions. lets start there.

I want to learn how to do like cutbacks, airs and progress with better technique in turning and making the drop on bigger days. I want this board to easily catch small waves and still handle head high to head and a half and let me learn the maneuvers I stated above. I am 5' 11" 135 pounds, 13 years old and goofy footed.

Yeah it's hard because I don't have the money for a 600 dollar board.

ok so you want a grovling shortboard... basically. and as i have said before talk to a local shaper, but at your weight and height something around 5'5-6'0" x 19"-20" x 2 1/8-1/4". Let's put it this way.... a good old saying by one of the greats in the business. Quality doesn't come cheap or quickly. If you want it Quick it wont be cheap, and if you want it Cheap it wont be quick. If your paying $200.00 for a pop out i can assure you it will most likely not help you in progressive surfing. Their are plenty of boards out there new and used for less than $600

I'd look into a rocket fish for what you want to do with your surfing.......If you let us know where you are located someone on here will know a shaper close to you. Have a little faith.
