I am located in wildwood and swedesboro new jersey and I am looking for a shaper in my area. I am looking to get a groveler board.

at this point, your best bet is to get one off the rack at your local shop. you're about 6-8 weeks behind the ball on ordering a new groveler for summer mush. most good shapers are already very busy cranking out boards for shops & guys who ordered their boards in april & may.
that said, there are a TON of shapers in the south jersey area. brian wynn is probably the premier guy, brian heritage, legend jim (he posts here semi-frequently), jamie kelly of roots surfcraft, matador surfboards (manahawkin area?), etc...there are a bunch more, but their names escape me at the moment. a simple search of the forum will produce copious results, as this topic has been beaten to death repeatedly.

I recently had a custom made by Andrew Rendelson of Arc surfboards in manasquan. I absolutely love it and he finished it in about 3 weeks.. Yet again I ordered in April. But you should check him regardless!

Ive been reading your post over the last few weeks and you seem to be jumping around a lot asking many questions about boards and what not. Being such a young age I do not think you know exactly what you want yet from a local shaper. It takes people years of surfing to dial into exactly what they want in a board. You are most definitely going to grow out of the board you custom order, You may be thinking into it too much. Your are constrained by most likely money, transportation, and time. I suggest to you to buy a fat short board like a dumpster diver or anything with a lot of meat to it, or get a fish. I would also suggest to get it off the used rack since it is most likely one of your first boards and you are going to out grow it. Save your money and get something nice when the time comes and you really know what you want.

Also what do you ride now?

Simple yet perfect advice ^^^ A cheap grovel board for summer waves. You dont need a custom, you dont need e-bay pop outs.
