    Assateague 2012

    So I havent been down there but I heard last year that the sandbar got messed up by Irene. Has anyone been there and can tell me how it is before I make the drive over to there? Any feedback would be helpful, Thanks guys

    surfed there about a month ago. oc was closing out so i thought id try assateague and it sucked just as bad. Hopped on a wave and got snaked by this complete kook fitted with some brand new expensive surfing gear (cant remember the brands). he rode straight down the wave and out in front of the white wash. when he paddled back out he looked at me and said THAT WAS A SICK RIGHT BRO!!!. i wanted to poop in a sock and smack him with it.
