I am looking to switch careers here in the hopefuly not so distant future and obviously want to stay as close to the coast as possible. What kind of job prospects are there in Coastal Jersey? Trying to stay away from NYC, but want to live closer to the coast that Dover, Newark, DC, etc...

    Jersey Jobs

They have Casinos of course, and then there are skeeball arcades. It all depends upon what sort of job you had in mind. Teachers are needed just about everywhere, but don't count on the highest salary. Job security is not bad though.

Jersey has more going on if you go inland a bit or to the north (as you approach the city). I'd say first narrow down what your interested in doing, then go from there...

I just started school again to get my MBA/ Master in Finance, so something in Finance. So I figure in about a year when I am half way through the program I will start looking. Only thing around here is Purdue, then there is a ton up in Wilmington but that is too far. Considering looking in LA, my wife's friend lives out there, but not too sure, it's real expensive and far...
