the surfing part is purely perosnal - do what you feel like
exercise may even improve your score - make you calmer

most cops are. that's why they're cops. never new of a smart kid growing up to be a cop. it's usually some dumb half wit.
physical exam meaning a doctor draws some blood, takes your vitals and gives you a couple digits...OR physical as in, series of strength and agility tests? Either way I'd skip it. If your too tense, just knock one off in the shower before you leave, you'll be fine
