Tons of "secret spots," but access is the problem. You gotta do some bushwacking and cliff climbing. But there are setups that will blow your mind. If there's a swell, you'll score. There are some well-known and easily accessed spots within an hour of Halifax if you want to take the easy way. Bring your rubber, your log or fish, and a your favorite shortboard if there's a swell predicted.
