Great Stuff! What do you estimate the cost of BYOB (building your own board) the second time around? I see its around $375 for a beginners kit, but I assume the second time around it'll be cheaper once you have most of the equipment

I know you weren't asking me but figured I'd submit my average expenses to make my boards as it may be of use to someone:

costs me around $275 maybe a little more.. I get everything from Greenlight minus the blanks... of course I have all the tools and I don't waste any resin. resin is not cheap!

It costs between $199-$225 for materials to make a shortboard, depending on how many fins you want. Longboards are around $300..
That includes the blank, resin, fiberglass, finboxes, leashplug, and custom inkjet logo paper...

A lot of people are taking our Surfboard Shaping Mentor Program for $499 to learn how to do everything without screwing it up (and walking out with a sweet nre board) then getting the materials for $199 and shaping more at home or renting our room.
