    I've been thinking the same thing. Shane's "That it" is about ten times less annoying than Yankee's rant on here. He's actually managed to make the useless store clerk into a sympathetic figure.

    Scotty, you should know the deal, someone can make nearly any wordplay aggro or ignorant by tone, look, etc. Unless you tolerate a bunch of negative, jackass 'tude every place you spend your money?

    Bottom line, WRV is a retail service biz; as such, their clients deserve basic common business courtesy.

    who ever said the "customer is always right", was so very wrong. It all sounds very subjective and you can never say you actually know what a person is thinking simply through a look, tone, etc.

    I have had a customer screaming at me because I used a word they did not know. Seriously, she started screaming saying she did not understand some of the words I was using. <<<yes she was born in USA.... Or how do I reply to someone who wants to swim in a pool during a lighting storm? Im so sorry lady i would prefer you not die on my watch, or hey stupid person do what i tell you or you willl die. Or sure lady, whatever you want, kill yourself.

    I can understand how you feel, but at your age you should have just walked out and took your money elsewhere. I, i do not wait long for customer service/depending and all relative to the service and situation.
