Stumbled upon them. These guys have a ton of info. Including where it's best, locally, and where it's best if you wanted to pack the coffin & jump on a plane.

I like their acknowledgement & emphasis on wind. So many times I've seen a good swell for VA B demolished by that north wind @ 18 knots.
