    Everyone has a different wave type they like riding. Some people like a "newport wedge" like wave. That's you! lol To me trestles is a great wave. I do like blacks type of wave though too(when it's not super big). Depends on the mood. But super heaving thick lips are not my cup of wave.

    yeah your right. there was one wave i rode all the way from way outside to driving my board into the sand*granted just a sponge* but was super fun in itself because it was the only wave that was by far that long a ride. i imagine the swell angle was actually good in south nj

    anchor pt. was clean and small at dead low and filled in nicely on the incoming up until about an hour before high. overcast so no views but still a fun day. saw one seal and zero people.

    alaska wow thats gnar. u guys really think incoming brought it in or was it just the swell filling in coinciding w/ the tide? cuz i thought tides didnt matter much with swells like this. this being a quality 14 second swell.
