OMG there is a cam at a beach? man, Im pulling out the longboard, driving to monmouth and gonna sit waaaaaaay outside on my longboard!!! also Im gonna be vibing hard... so just prepare yo self fool.
Yea... when they slapped "Monmouth Beach" on that cam, it sent hordes of people to my local. We all really appreciated that. That guy is such a douche... on so many levels. He won't give people their rightful access to his "private beach," then puts up a cam and gives it a bogus location name. He even attempted to ban surfing at "his beach," but lost that one. I thought about putting up a sign right in front of the cam with the guys address. Funny stuff...

Pass the douches on the left hand side...
i agree with this guy.if theres waves theres waves.please dont crowd up my local spot.theres enough kooks that show up as it is.all u have to do is drive around til u find an empty bar.theres plenty of spots in nj,id give u more respect if u did what surfers do and explore and find a new break...just remember this is nj,a beach break.sandbars come and go.one day u can surf sandy hook and its firing and 2 weeks later completely flat while 15 minute walk up the beach reveals an empty peeling right....i spent many manhours walking from beach to beach.i even paddled from sea bright to long branch on ts nicole a few years ago, whenever that was.point is,go searching and u will find.but please dont search monmouth..il give u a little insight to that whole stretch of town.they are private beaches.no parking for out of towners or your car will be ticketed and towed.its not worth the hassle if your not from there, trust me dude....or do what i did when i was a teenager.drive to your local train station, and take a trip to belmar or point pleasant,or anywhere south.im not tryin to be a dik,but the spot is crowded enough.go explore and youll reap the benefits
i agree with this guy also.i been surfing monmouth way before the cam came out.that cam aint even the right spot!!on another note, monmouth is a sponger wave.they have the right of way.i havnt been there in a while, but if your a monmouth local then u definitly know who i am.its a tight group of locals and everyone treats each other with respect.thats the way i like it.i remember hurricane earl,i was out along with 2 other people, and it looked like a small day at waimai bay, huge for jersey..like i said go explore other spots, dont mess with private beaches, that goes from sea bright to lb
