Cool Working in Hotels, Near World Class Spots.......

So I'm basically getting a little bored and fed up with life. I recently read an article I forget if it was surfing or surfer mag, but it was about a kid that basically ended up working in a hotel I believe it was in Maldives. Anyways this kid basically spoke to the manager/owner and they worked out a deal where he can have a place to stay and surf world class waves as long as he worked at the hotel.

In my case I have been working in the hotel industry all my life, and I'am looking for some change. Does anyone know of any cool areas around the world, with some awesome Hotel locations, that are friendly with hiring Americans? I only speak English which doesn't help much, but I have a bachelors degree in business and figured since I have been in the hotel industry for so long, it should not be hard to find a job working at a hotel near a world class area/spot, or even just a decent wave. There are hotels EVERYWHERE in the world, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on places, or how to approach this topic.........

I think it's time for me to start a new chapter. It's getting stale around here.........

    Cheers!

Sick plan dude! PR would be easy since most people speak English and Spanish, but there are so many options depending on where you want to end up. There are lots of places in Hawaii with big resort hotels right by world class waves. Kauai would be my first choice but any would be good. There's a big resort in Princeville right out front of one of Kauai's best spots at Hanalei Bay. Great vibe on the islands.

I met a guy down in El Salvador that bartered a room and food in exchange for English lessons for the hotel Staff. That was only for 6 weeks though, not a full time year round arrangement.
