the base i work at is pretty much completely flooded. saved 2 people out of 2 cars that were chest high in water. idiots,
i just checked the cams...damn guys, all of our beaches are effed in all possible ways. its basically tripple overhead from here in vb the entire way up to jersey

Super, I'm guessing they're letting only emer. essential people only on base? There's housing there, and I wonder where they send off the families because they're besically living right on beach.
yeah its essential personnel only. i mean if you live in the barracks or housing you can come on, but those areas aren't really flooded. On the other hand, i bet Ft. Story is literally completely flooded. That place fills up on a thunderstorm. I can't imagine what it looks like right now.
just took a ride down ocean ave in belmar. rushing over the breakwalls from 21st down to 17th. going back upt o get some pictures now.
