    No not to bring hopes down but im pretty sure this spot calls for south winds. Swell direction is correct. If its the place im thining of.(second video)

    so, CNN claimed this was at Kent Island today. I think they may need to do a better job of verifying things.

    Every ten years? More like 10 times in two years... and I'm pretty sure if it was that small I wouldn't paddle out... Swear it does get good...I gotta find some photos

    I ended up getting in and catching a few shore pounders near a jetty in grandview. Maybe chest high, make the drop straighten out, bail into knee deep water. Pretty fun but after a couple I stopped to help some folks build a wall of sandbags. It wasn't epic but was pretty cool. It was interesting. Sorry, no pics. It was raining horizontally so no camera action. Definitely a cool part of hampton, I didnt know such a thing existed.
