How is it that you can change your forecast at night after the day is complete?

There's this dude, his name is Al G. Rhythm. Every night, he flies all over the world updating datasets. Kind of like Santa. That's why when you wake up in the morning, the price of gas has changed, the national debt has grown and the swellinfo forecast has been updated. Instead of elves, he has Elvis to help him. Instead of a sley, he rides a vintage Noll "da Cat" signed by Mickie Dora and the Bull hisself. It's pulled by a team of acturarians.

Now you know and knowing is half the battle.

How can you call a change to an event that has already occurred a "forecast," mop?
