    Help

Mahalo you f_ckin surfers! Sorry, I just watched the thrid season of East Bound and Down. Does any know good tricks how to get some crappy paint art off of a board? I know I could prob use paint thinner, but I wasn't sure if anyone knew any better ideas. Thanks!

You gotta be careful with paint thinner, stripper and things like Goof-Off. Some contain more hard core solvents than just mineral spirits--things like xylene, acetone, MEK, touline, lacquer thinner and the such will chemically eat resin and glass.

I think your best bet would be to get some biodegradable citrus-based solvent and a healthy dose of elbow grease.

Create your own crappy art to paint over the old crappy art. Boom, problem solved and no harsh solvents or elbow grease required. Just remember to clearcoat your **** after painting or else it will wear away fast.
