I suffer from some the same symptoms. They come with a leash that connects them to each other so if one does pop out, you don't loose them. Very rarely do I loose one, but when i do 9 out of 10 times i found them in the tide line since they float.
Sinus surgery fixed my vertigo - but there is new research about the crystals in your ear where they can fix vertigo. Tinnitus is really effected by diet, especially salt, caffiene.
