What's up with the Forecast in FL?

    Forecaster,

I am just curious what's going on with the models this week? Between Swellinfo, MSW, and the LOLA's on Surfline have said 2-4ft all week, today showing 2-3+ and Green conditions, but it's flat as a table out there?

Not judging, know it's far from an exact science, but just noticed quite a big overcast this week, and I see a nice swell predicted this weekend, should I expect the same?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, also, I surf Juno Pier and Jupiter Inlet mostly, any chance its the break?

Kyle you may want to consider driving North a bit. It looked pretty fun in North / Central FL yesterday.

Ugh, wish I could but work 9-5 so Monday thru Friday, I only have time for the dawn patrol or quick sunset session somewhere close by. But this weekend, I think I just may.

I was wondering the same thing. Msw has 3.5 ft at 8 sec, Surfline (sucks) 1-2 ft and Swellinfo has 7 ft @ 13 sec for saturday morning. Thats a huge difference right? Don't get me wrong, I love a free forecast, but I think something is broken? I guess we will see when I'm at the beach tomorrow morning.

Am puzzled too. Makes a difference for me in terms of lugging the longboard if msw or Surfline are right or just bring the short board if SI is right. Will try looking at the live cam on Melbourne beach in a.m. For clues.

It looks like the Swellinfo model may be over calling this one comparing buoy data to model output, but it doesn't look flat to me. It looks like 2-4' range surf for a lot of areas.
