First time here, the localism caught me off guard a bit in playa grande. Tamarindo had a great vibe in the line up though.

my friend down there said ever since they paved the road in, it's gotten more crowded in Grande. Did you rent a vehicle?...I would suggest taking a ride south and checking out Avellanes and Negra.

there always the east coast. Salsa Brava is sweet. It's a lot more lush than the west.
