The "light brown" that the seller casually refers to is actually a famous artist's interpretative anthology of all the surf sessions this board has seen. West Coast, East Coast, Indo, Central Am... there's lots of history here and very rare artwork that the seller doesn't appreciate. It's worth every penny if you like the "waves" pattern. I don't.
The only shame with this thread is that all the old Craigslist links no longer work.

^^imo, whoever didn't take $500 for that sun baked, "blue waves" wall hanger is an idiot...although I guess he's pretty smart for starting the price at $600, so some sucker will "low ball" him to $500. I would just want to get that pos out of my house...$50 max

Nice, I'll be by tomorrow to pick that up along with the rest of your gear, around beer:30. I rented a u-haul, so everything should fit. There's a weight bench in there now because I've been driving state to state having bench-offs, but I'll just fasten it to the roof when I get to Sandiego. Pauly D is actually in there too spinning dope club beats to keep me pumped up, but I'll just leave him with you. He has lots of hair gel, so you'll be stoked.
Anyway, thanks for sponsoring me, I love truckloads of free surfing equipment.
I actually would love to have a key to Black's. I used to know some people on the UCSD surf team when I worked at Midway Video Games in Mira Mesa and that was the hook up. It's a long walk back up the trail when you're cold, wet and the sun's gone down.
