You know there are probably 100 Mary Lees out there that aren't tagged. Go surf and forget about it.
^This......
had one of mary lees friends swim by me up in mass the begining of december. nobody in the line up believed me said the water was to cold. it was 48 that day. and mary lee is in 37 degree water.dont think she cares about water temp.
i have very serious concerns about such an efficient killer so close to the beaches. If you live anywhere near an area where she is tracked, you should give serious consideration to staying out of the water indefinitely.
Cod, Pollock and Haddock are all cold water fishes... as are Stripers. But according to the most recent news from the National Marine Fishery Service, these fish barely exist anymore. Mary Lee must be eating plankton or finding fish that no longer exist. Poor girl.
maybe she is eating piping plovers
people really need to steer clear of this killer animal and keep out of the water!!
