Did they really ask if you wanted a ticket? I hate when cops ask those rhetorical questions, like it's going to add inches to their ****s. Off the wall, but my buddy and I were cruising through the Baltimore-Washington National Parkway a few years ago and we got pulled over by a park ranger. The ranger told us we were speeding and that we can be ticketed for speeding - gee, really? He then asked if we wanted a ticket. My friend said "you can't give us a ticket, you're just a park ranger." Moral of the story, park rangers can give speeding tickets.
