My friends and I were planning to go up to LBI for spring break, but recently heard that the beaches were still taped off and if you try to go on them; the cops will arrest you. Has anyone been up there lately or know if this true?

OK thanks for the info. We probably aren't going to LBI at this point, but are there other beaches open?

yes most structures in LBI are still standing, why not go some where warm with hot girls tring to P-A-R-T-A-Y, LBI is probs gunna be pretty chilleed out still
If there is even any open hotels or bars in LBI, I'm sure it will be far from a party
LBI is open and yes there are still houses standing, the damage isn't bad at all. Surf Harvey Cedars, if you do show some respect or it won't be fun for you.
