    hmmm I'd say its more annoying seals rather than abusing seals. I was expecting to see her clubbing or hitting the seals... still in all... leave the seals be...

    Not sure if at that specific time, but the article said it's their pupping season, if they were female they were pregnant and close to delivering at least.
