We have received a couple reports of users having trouble viewing the Timeline graph and forecast maps. Is anyone else having trouble?
Please first make sure to clear the cache in your browser, and then refresh. If you are still having problems, please reply here or send an email with your browser version and operating system, so we can look into it.
What version of Safari are you using?
Example: version 5.0.1
1. Open your Safari web browser by clicking on the Safari icon in the dock.
2. Click on Safari in your Safari menu, located at the top of your screen.
3. A drop-down menu will now appear. Choose the option labeled About Safari.
4. A dialog box will now appear containing the browser's version number. The first number, located outside of the parenthesis, is the actual version of Safari. The second number, located inside the parenthesis, is the WebKit/Safari Build version.
