    surfing tropical storm andrea

    im in sc but went out after work, really, really really, bowly and dumpy 20-30knt winds blowing onshore. id say 4to5 building and no side shore current yet so I was happy but still had a good sesh. anyone else get out today?

    yup, caught some fun ones tonight in CB - even at dead high tide. no current, not much wind, fun sets, maybe stomach-to-chest high at the peak.

    also nice to note that some neighborhood breaks have survived and even thrived since the recent beach renourishment project.

    I caught WB @ Oceanic as it was building this afternoon... clean enough for the 9'2" to not get bogged down on take off...would love for it to be clean tomorrow but that looks like an impossibility!
