    Go to your nearest sushi peddler. Tell him to hold the raw fish and double up on your wasabi. Eat the green block like it's avocado. Bye bye sinus issues.

    Unfortunately, I have tried this. So did these gentlemen:

    "It HURT!! My nose bled just a little for about 3 days and was raw and sore for about a week!"

    "There are times when the pain in almost unbearable but once it subsides, I can breath and feel great."


    If you have health insurance, go to an ENT; If you don't, make sure you use highly diluted peroxide.

    haha thanks 4 the advice! its cleared up now, i'll hafta try the peroxide next time. I did eat some wasabi, maybe that did it, that stuff gets me every time

    sinus infection vet here. are you 100% sure its an infection? If you are, do the netti pot/sinu-cleanse with antibiotics then get some nasal steroids like nasonex.
