    Longboard

9'2\" Robert August \"WIR\" vs. Walden's Magic. Anyone ever ridden these boards? What is your opinion of their performance?

Ridden both... very different boards. The WIR is more of a classic, glidey longboard, and the Magic is a totally modernized, performance design.

Totally agree- if your looking for more performance -waldens magic. Although the WIR is a sweet board- with some performance still there..

if you never had a long board before a WIR is a good board to start with. does a little bit of everything.

but any good local shaper can make you one just like it.

+1 Ricky Carroll longboard over the popouts. I've ridden both the WIR and the Walden and agree with the cruiser/glidey feel of the WIR vs. the high performance feel of the Magic. RC will make you something better than either one.
