    +1, It all starts up top and works it's way down to your feet, visualizing where you want to go helps too, not just in surfing, but in life.... think about it.

    Woah. Existential. I talk about that everyday too. If someone behind a counter I'm talking to days it's gonna be a long day I remind them their day is whatever they tell themselves it is. We are what we think.

    As for the "where the head goes, the body goes" philosophy. LB couldn't be more correct and in his full explanation. That was told to me a month ago by a 30-year surf vet at a break I go to right before a sesh and that sesh I had some of the best rides and turns ever on my HPSB. I know itso much from other sports but applying it to surfing has mad an immense difference in my rides.
