you got no dog in this fight Mr. Sebastion Inlet man. No matter how many "The Situation"s you drive around, you got waves to make them invisible!

    No, it's not illegal.

Certain intersections do prohibit such a turn due to intersection congestion. There's signs.

I find it funny hearing Va Beach types complain aboot Jersey tourists. I don't know why, I just find it funny. It also perplexes me than anyone form Jersey would go there. Why? OCMD has more family entertainment. Might as well keep driving to NC for some soul. Why drive all that distance to Va Beach.

Now before you VA types get all excited that wasn't a slam on VA. It just isn't a logical tourist destination for New Jersey people unless they're kin with the Iversons. Strange......

Oh well, enjoy them. More of them down there, the elss of them up here.

Oh and yeah, Sebastian Inlet has been going-off this summer. Florida is THE GO TO spot for summer wave action.

Man, how flat has it been and how long, for some of youse guys? Jersey was fun-sized last Saturday and at least rideable since. You guys need to move to New Jersey. What a state.

It's been my experience that Seabass doesn't really pick up the smaller swells like New Smyrna, Ponce Inlet, and Parts of Cocoa / Satellite do, at least not lately. I find a rideable wave almost every weekend at those spots mentioned but it's practically flat a little further south at Seabass. Takes a little more juice to wake that place up I believe.

    Spot on Dawn Patrol,
You def need to be north of rc's and you can ATLEAST have some fun. Strange as this sounds but if you ever get a little more south, Ft Pierce inlet has been pretty consistent although a bit shallow but it has been fun.
When and if you ever make the big move to this lo-cal contact me and maybe we can grab a beer or a wave.

    PBJ Dude,
the climate in NJ is either too hot or freezing ars cold! I was actually considering more of a tropical climate. Although I can appreciate your love for the place you live and surf.

Well the strange thing, Antoine, is that, while I used to friggin dig Jersey, I don't really anymore. I bash Jersey on here just as much as I defend it. Of course me defending Jersey tends to stick out and be remembered. I don't know, I'm like numb to Jersey. I don't have the pride I used to, but I don't exactly hate it.

I'm just stuck here and am numb to it all. When someone mentions Jersey, I get this wave of emotionless nothingingness that spreads from my brain throughout my spirit.

And concerning Jersey's climate: Ahh man, you never know what's going to happen here. Most of June, had daytime highs of 80-84, and at nights it was actually kind of chilly, 58-65. Then in July it got hot for three weeks, including a 12 day heat wave, but it never got over 95. Then the last week of July it cooled off. It hasn't been over 88 since. Shoot, it's been in the upper 70's quite a few days. The last couple summers it started hitting the 90's in May and remained hot up to September. You never know around here

And during the winter it can be 5 degrees at noon, or 50 degrees. Contrary to popular belief, New Jersey frequently has winters of little to no snow, especially on the coast. That balmy 36-42 degree ocean warms up the coastal region a bit.

But although Jersey always has wide ranging weather, the earth's weather is just kind of Ku Kuu bananas these days. Enjoy the show.
