Just halve the morels lengthwise, rinse any obvious dirt off (most morel dirt is probably just good flavor), put morels in zip-loc with very light dusting of flour (less than a teaspoon for 30 morels), shake, and fry in whatever oil or butter or mixture of the two. If they are dried, you can soak them for 5 minutes in water to rehydrate.
