    i always enjoy surf documentaries and i enjoyed this one thoroughly. i like hearing people talk story about that day or that swell or that guy, or whatever.

    It was just recently on a cable channel. This is better, no commercials. I remember when the "Bronzed Aussie" were getting their azzes kicked, I didn't know a hit was out for Rabbit.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this on tv a week or so back. I think I would try to paddle for help too, if the Island was in sight, idk though, the guardians of those islands are rather intimidating.

    Great point. These are all cool watches and to think about when you put them all together. We are fortunate that the history has been documented as much as it has and the input recorded by many who were there on ground (er, sea) level.
