Hey there! We’re a young startup and we’re doing a service that helps people to find the best surf instructors in any location. We haven’t officially launched yet, but we’re trying hard to find really good instructors manually.
You can use our service absolutely for free and we’ll find you an instructor in any location within 24 hours! Just leave your request here

Sounds like an ambitious endeavor. Best of luck with that. Now... release the hounds!

What's your cut?
Friendly piece of advice, don't launch a site when it's not done, much less advertise it. Also, read up on basic UI/UX.
Maybe start with switching the checkboxes for radio buttons and adding a confirmation message. Maybe try wordpress for your first website (I imagine you're new at this)
This site looks too amateur for anyone to actually use it and the name doesn't make sense, where is the app?
Last, don't give up..fail and try again

Another piece of advice is don't come on a FREE site where others pay to advertise and try and get free ad space. You gotta pay to play douche rocket. And as was already stated get your crap together before trying to launch a site. Sounds like the North Korean rocket launches. My prediction is this here tread will get deleted.

The parent company of that domain and app are shady at best.
