if you are going to the one on: http://www.ocsurfcam.com/ , than it is really pulled back, however if you go to the original camera @ http://surfcam.castleinthesand.com/iqeyevid.html, than it has a zoom feature, however it is somewhat pixilated when you zoom in really far.
